I started my gaming years with a commadore64 and later moved on to the Master System and then the Mega Drive. I also owned a classic Nintendo GameBoy on this period.

Then came my Sony Playstation which I would consider retro as we are now on the third edition. My favorite had to be the Mega Drive. Sonic 2 was my favorite game.

I would not consider the Playstation 2 to be retro as games are still available to buy.

i had a NES, SNES, Master System, Dreamcast Amiga 1200, Commodore 64 ZX, N64, PS PSOne, PS2, XBox, XBox 360, Wii PS3 PC DS Lite

Sega Megadrive is my all time favourite console, class games on that.

Master System was the first console I had, the model 2 version that had Alex Kidd built in.

loved my NES, then SNES, with codes for special powers... whooo... but really need to find some kid friendly games for a playstation. we only have one fighting game at our kids club and its not suitable for the kids aged 4 - 8. As far as i know its an original playstation.. do they even make games for it anymore or can it take the games for the ps2/3 as well?

A PSOne will not take games for PS2 or PS3 but eBay will be great for getting hold of some PSOne classics.
